RoomMate is not an emergency service. If someone is in immediate danger in the Netherlands, call 112. For a safety concern or content you believe is illegal, choose Safety and describe the concern and where you saw it. Do not attach or forward suspected child sexual abuse material.

You can also describe an accessibility barrier or ask for help using RoomMate. You do not need to sign in to email, including if your account is restricted.

Choose Withdrawal question to ask whether a withdrawal right applies to your situation. This prepares an email; it does not cancel anything automatically.
